So as I’m checking out my site, I realize it’s been exactly 3 months since I first started. Despite it being a rather short period of time, it certainly doesn’t feel like it and I wanted to do a special little post for today. My About Me is a bit short but I figured every few months I could talk (blab more like) about the things I enjoy.
3 Favorite Hobbies:
- Listening to Music
Something I do practically all day and night. I listen to many genres from multiple countries but my absolute favorite genre of all time is K-Pop (Korean pop music). Most of the time I’ll be listening to Stray Kids, BTS, and TXT to name a few but there are so many others I enjoy too! If there’s a way for me to insert a K-Pop reference in my posts, I usually will. While K-Pop tends to be in most of my playlists, I also love Celtic music, specifically by Celtic Woman and other groups as well.
- Reading/Writing
Of course, writing is there but besides blogging I do write some stories and poems on the side. I’ve also always loved reading, but don’t have many favorite books like before and though I’m not as fast as I used to be, I still try to find time when I can throughout the week. I mostly ready fiction such as mystery or fantasy novels, but I’ve been looking into more books pertaining to disabilities specifically so I can continue learning more.
- Playing Video Games
Another hobby I still do, just not as often. Though I will fall into obsessive streaks from time to time where I will play for days. From Need for Speed to Stardew Valley, I enjoy playing many genres. I can’t pick just one favorite, but I do have a top 5 which consists of HALO, Mirror’s Edge Catalyst, Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, Sleeping Dogs, and Hyrule Warriors.
And those are 3 favorite things I enjoy! This was just a little something I wanted to do; I’ll do something slightly similar for the next three milestones until we reach the one year anniversary.
